Jenn utilizes her Personal Fitness Trainer certifications from NASM, National Association of Sports Medicine, NCSF, National Council of Strength and Fitness and AFAA. Aerobics and Fitness Association of America along with her Specialized Certifications in Senior Fitness, Corrective Exercise and Sports Performance added to continuing education classes such as Pilates and Yoga to coach clients about the Five Components of Fitness, Core Strength, Posture and Proper Food Choices so they physically move with ease.
